The Glenelg Brass Band has been in existence under various names since 1885. We are a Community Band that holds regular concerts throughout the year.

We support the City of Holdfast Bay on official occasions, march in the ANZAC Day parade and the Glenelg Christmas Pageant each year, visit other bands and although serious about our music, we aim to provide enjoyment to our members and audience. 

The Band has proudly been supporting the Morphett Vale Sub-branch of the RSL for over 90 years by performing at their ANZAC Day service each year. In 2017 the Band was awarded the prestigious ANZAC Medal in recognition of this service and is the first band to receive this award.
