This award will be presented to a Region 16 Sweet Adeline who has made outstanding contributions to her chorus and/or the Region in a Leadership capacity. Once again it is time to submit your nominations for this special leadership excellence award.
In order to quality for this award, a candidate must be:
- Innovative
- A Visionary
- A Risk Taker
- A contributor to growth and development of leadership
- A motivating force
- Someone who helps people believe in themselves
Nominations are limited to one per chapter per year.
The Selection Committee shall consist of the last 3 recipients of the award and the Membership Coordinator. (If the Membership Coordinator has a conflict of interest, such as being a nominee herself, an alternate Selection Committee member is selected from the Regional Management Team.)
Nominations must be in writing, 200 words or less, and signed by not less than two (2) members of the nominee’s chorus and/or Regional Representatives.
Questions and/or nominations must be submitted to Diane Seaward, Regional Awards Coordinator. Deadline for nominations is April 17, 2014
